Dr. Maddisen K. Krown is a seasoned professional coach and leadership consultant who has integrated her 20+ years of learning & development and organizational leadership experiences into her coaching and consulting work with executives, managers, teams, and individuals throughout the U.S. and internationally. She is dedicated to the success and well-being of her clients.
Maddisen has worked with Fortune Global 500, start-up, private, and non-profit organizations in a range of industries including high-tech, healthcare, legal, finance, manufacturing, media & entertainment, communications, and education. Clients have included SAP, the J. Paul Getty Trust, Warner Bros., Kaiser Permanente, NASA, and others.
She is a featured author in the book, Success In Any Season: Inspiring Stories of Power and Healing, and co-author of Choose Peace Now, a powerful guide to inner peace and wholeness.
Maddisen is a graduate of Harvard University’s Professional & Executive Development program, Introverts as Leaders: Quiet Power as a Leadership Strength.
She has a Ph.D. in Professional Coaching and Human Development, an M.A. in Counseling Psychology, and a B.S. in Computer Science & Technical Writing. She is a graduate of the certified Life & Leadership Coach Training Program, and The Neuroscience Academy’s program in Applied Neuroscience & Brain Health with Dr. Sarah McKay.
Maddisen is a founding board member of the School of Lost Borders, a non-profit offering nature-based programs in ecopsychology and rites of passage; and has volunteered as an emotional health and communication counselor with incarcerated women. She currently resides in South Carolina, U.S.
