Rachel is a bi-lingual executive coach and international organizational change professional with 30 years of leadership, professional staff development, change management, strategic planning, training and facilitation experience. In over 20 countries she has consulted and coached across public and private sectors, in fields such as technology, medical, agribusiness, scientific, mining, secondary education, construction, and with non-profits. She provides facilitation and leadership training in the US and Mexico (in Spanish) for Thermo-Fisher Scientific, Republic Waste Management, KONE, and other corporate clients for a globally renowned leadership training group (Entelechy).
She works with leaders to better understand themselves, their motivations and their impact – so they then develop others to reach their levels of self-awareness and effectiveness. She loves working with clients as they build strong teams and learn how to have difficult conversations, enhance problem-solving, and develop their own coaching skills. Rachel energizes her clients with her enthusiasm and her profound belief in them and what they are choosing; they know she is in their corner.
Rachel is certified in Co-Active Coaching, Co-Active Leadership, The Leadership Circle 360 ™, and BeAbove brain-based coaching (CNTC). She also employs DiSC, MBTI, R-H Enneagram, and other organizational development tools and change management techniques with her clients.
Based in Western Massachusetts, she coaches clients in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and throughout Europe in addition to the US and Canada.
