Michele is a recognized industry thought leader in leadership development, with a robust background in Executive Education at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, London Business School, and Harvard Business School.

In her new role, Michele will provide strategic guidance to our enterprise customers, helping them effectively integrate New Level Work’s learning components into their development initiatives to drive sustainable business growth. Drawing on her expertise and leveraging our suite of learning tools, products, and solutions, Michele will accelerate organizational learning efforts to transform mindsets and enhance performance.

New Level Work’s learning solutions combine human-centered learning with AI-powered tools, leveraging years of data and industry expertise to deliver immediate, actionable insights. This approach revolutionizes leadership development, providing direct links and visibility to ROI. Additionally, Michele will support the identification of key relationships with external organizations to achieve mutual growth and strategic objectives.

Over the past decade, Michele has partnered with global organizations to enhance and accelerate their leadership and development strategies, becoming a trusted resource in the learning and development community. Throughout her career, she has served in multiple functions and roles within executive education, including marketing, design, delivery, and program management. Michele's passion is contagious, and she thrives on developing innovative solutions that not only enhance leadership capabilities but also foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth.

Michele transitioned her career over 20 years ago when she accepted a position at General Electric’s Crotonville, where she supported the development of the firm’s top 200 high-potential global leaders. At Harvard Business School’s Executive Education, she managed a portfolio of global custom programs, partnering with faculty to design cohort-based learning and development programs. At London Business School, she consulted with mid- and senior-level executives, helping them transition and accelerate their careers. During her time at UNC Executive Development, Michele built numerous partnerships, enabling UNC to drive impactful learning strategies for Fortune 500 companies and government organizations.
